Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in most cases.
All sales are final.
Accessorize by Sakshi reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Damaged or Missing Products
We follow a strict 3-layer quality check process to ensure that products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, the following conditions apply:
• The issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.
• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damage must be provided as proof.
• Requests without proper evidence or reported after the stated timeline will be rejected.
If multiple products are ordered, only the damaged item(s) will be eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process
• Once the damaged product is received and verified by us, a full refund for the damaged item(s) will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be completed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
• No return shipping or handling charges will be applied.
