Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

• Domestic (India): 4–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

We work with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns as each piece is sourced with care. However, we’re happy to help in case of:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product upon arrival

Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the product with an unboxing video and clear images.

Exchanges are only possible if:

• The item received is defective or incorrect
• Exchange requests are raised within 48 hours of delivery

Note: We do not entertain size exchanges or requests due to change of mind.

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Must include all tags, pouches, and free gifts (if any)
